1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any tampered or damaged product will not qualify for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
- Gift cards or promotional codes.
3. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order via email or phone with your order number, reason for return, unboxing videos and supporting photos.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

- Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
